Yes! Legacy SMP is completely free to join and play. Our store offers optional cosmetic and quality-of-life perks that support server costs, but all gameplay is accessible to everyone.
We support current versions of both Java and Bedrock Edition. Check the server status on our homepage for the currently active version number.
Registration is optional but recommended. An account lets you submit support tickets, track purchases, and access extra features. You can play on the server without one.
Our store is powered by Tebex. When you purchase a rank or perk, enter your exact Minecraft username at checkout. Your perks will be automatically applied in-game within a few minutes.
Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue, please open a support ticket and we will do our best to help.

First confirm you entered the correct Minecraft IGN at checkout. Ranks can take up to 10 minutes. If still missing after that, open a support ticket with your purchase receipt.

Our status checker uses a third-party API that may have delays. If you can connect, the server is up. The display updates every few minutes.
Try lowering your render distance. If the issue persists, check our Discord for maintenance announcements. You can also submit a ticket describing the problem.
